Submissions to the journal must not have been previously published and must not be under consideration by another journal at the same time. Research articles must be prepared in a way that does not reveal the identity of the author during the peer review process. Author information must be entered completely into the relevant fields of the OJS submission system.

Authors are advised to use the current manuscript template of the journal during submission. Titles, abstracts, keywords, main text, footnotes, and references must be prepared in accordance with academic writing standards. Citation and referencing practices must comply with the guidelines determined by the journal.

If artificial intelligence tools have been used at any stage of the work, including text generation, translation, language editing, summarization, literature search, code support, data organization, image generation, table preparation, or similar tasks, this use must be clearly disclosed during submission. Artificial intelligence tools may not be listed as authors. Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, and academic responsibility of the work.

For studies requiring ethics committee approval, the relevant approval document must be uploaded to the system during submission. Required forms concerning conflict of interest, funding, copyright, licensing, and artificial intelligence use must be completed and added to the submission files.

Submissions must be prepared only in Word format and uploaded to the system in this format. Before completing the submission, authors must ensure that all metadata, author information, files, and required documents have been entered correctly and completely.
